📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Promote and sell Panin Dai-Ichi Life insurance products to Panin Bank customers.
• Conduct regular visits to Panin Bank branches to build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions to stay updated on the latest insurance products and sales techniques.
• Provide product training to Panin Bank staff to enhance their knowledge and skills in selling our insurance products.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales transactions and customer interactions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Monitor and report on sales performance and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve sales targets and business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, particularly in the insurance or banking industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with bancassurance products and processes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of the insurance industry and financial products.
• Valid SIM card (KTP) and active driver's license.
