📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations and ensuring food safety standards are met.,Prepare and cook food according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Monitor inventory levels and order ingredients as needed.,Assist in training and developing junior staff.,Ensure that all food is prepared and served according to the required standards and specifications.,Participate in quality control checks and ensure that all food meets the required standards.,Assist in maintaining food costs and controlling waste.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the food service industry.,Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.
