📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition for operation.
  • Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance, repairs, and servicing.
  • Monitor vehicle performance and fuel consumption to optimize efficiency.
  • Ensure all drivers are properly trained and certified.
  • Oversee the safe and efficient operation of the fleet, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for timely and cost-effective maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and expenses.
  • Provide regular reports on fleet performance and maintenance status to management.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.
  • Familiarity with fleet management software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
