📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain IT systems, including servers, networks, and databases
• Ensure the security, reliability, and efficiency of our technology environment
• Provide technical support to employees and ensure they have the tools and resources they need to do their jobs effectively
• Implement and manage IT policies and procedures
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues promptly and efficiently
• Perform regular system backups and ensure data integrity
• Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our IT systems support the overall business goals

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an IT Administrator or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking protocols
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
• Familiarity with database management systems such as SQL Server or MySQL
• Certifications such as MCSE, CCNA, or CompTIA Security+ are a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
