• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth restaurant functioning.
• Manage and develop a high-performing team of F&B staff.
• Drive sales and revenue targets through effective team leadership and customer service.
• Monitor food and beverage inventory, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Implement and maintain quality control measures to uphold KFC's high standards.
• Train and mentor new hires to ensure they meet KFC's service and quality expectations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the F&B industry.
• Proven track record of managing high-volume restaurants.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as KDS, Kiosk, and KFC's proprietary software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
