Oversee the overall operations and management of the company, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Develop and implement strategic plans to drive the company's growth and success.,Lead and manage a team of managers and supervisors, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and productivity.,Monitor and analyze financial performance, preparing reports and recommendations for the board of directors.,Ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements are met, and that the company is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.,Foster a positive and inclusive company culture, promoting diversity and equality in the workplace.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior management role, with a proven track record of success in leading and managing teams.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to make strategic decisions and drive results.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.,Proficient in financial analysis and reporting, with a strong understanding of financial management principles and practices.,Experience in a similar role within the hospitality or service industry is a plus.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is required.
