📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve performance and profitability.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff.,Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various processes.,Ensure the availability and functionality of all operational equipment and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a tech or similar industry.,Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant operational software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and practices.
