We are a growing retail store located in Baturaja, Sumatera Selatan, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about sales and customer service. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales, building customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying customer needs and making appropriate product recommendations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.,Provide excellent customer service, including handling inquiries, complaints, and returns.,Assist in the organization and maintenance of the store to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for customers.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new products to provide informed advice to customers.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales and customer service skills.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special offers.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales and customer interactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service in a retail environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
