This is a full-time position based in Jakarta Pusat, Jakarta Raya, with a competitive salary package of IDR 7000000 - 8500000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Conduct job analyses and create job descriptions and specifications.
• Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and requirements.
• Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
• Provide guidance and support to the HR team on talent acquisition best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring.
• Strong knowledge of HR software and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
