📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and monitoring.,Manage and supervise a team of registered nurses.,Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the medical team.,Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.,Conduct staff training and development programs.,Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.,Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a registered nurse.,Certification in advanced cardiac life support (ACLS).,Experience in managing a team of nurses.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous learning.
