The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and providing excellent support to the sales team. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain customer and vendor records, including contracts, invoices, and payment information.,Coordinate with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely order processing and delivery.,Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other administrative materials to the sales team.,Assist in the organization and scheduling of sales meetings, calls, and events.,Maintain office supplies inventory and order new supplies as needed.,Provide administrative support to the sales manager, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and other tasks.,Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, quotes, and other sales-related documents.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative or sales support roles.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with sales and manufacturing processes is a plus.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
