📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency and safety.,Manage a team of warehouse staff, providing training and support as needed.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth inventory management and order fulfillment.,Implement and maintain inventory control systems and procedures.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve operations.,Handle inventory counting, stock taking, and reconciliation.,Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Warehouse Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management software and systems.,Proven ability to manage a team and improve operational efficiency.,Understanding of inventory control and safety regulations.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with logistics and supply chain processes.
