📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the management and coordination of daily pharmacy operations.,Oversee the work of pharmacy staff, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction.,Manage inventory and ensure that stock levels are adequate and accurate.,Assist in the preparation and administration of medications as prescribed by doctors.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for staff.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring they are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer.,Assist in the preparation of reports and other administrative tasks as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmacy industry.,Proven leadership and management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with pharmacy software and systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or a related field.,Experience in managing a team of pharmacy staff.
