📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff with a friendly and professional manner.,Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and messages accurately and efficiently.,Check-in and check-out patients and visitors, and provide necessary information.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient visits and interactions.,Coordinate with healthcare providers and administrative staff to ensure smooth operations.,Handle patient inquiries and concerns, providing appropriate solutions and information.,Assist with scheduling appointments and managing patient records.,Perform other duties as assigned by the front desk supervisor.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role, preferably in a healthcare setting.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using computer software, including word processing and email.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with healthcare terminology and procedures is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in related field is a plus.
