Port Smart Lestari is seeking a skilled and experienced Captain to join our team. This is an urgent position due to the immediate need for a reliable and capable captain to operate our vessels. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe navigation and operation of our vessels, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and maritime laws. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Operate vessels safely and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and maritime laws.,Plan and execute voyages, including route planning, fuel management, and cargo handling.,Maintain and inspect vessels to ensure they are in good working condition.,Monitor vessel performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize fuel efficiency and reduce emissions.,Communicate with other vessels, shore-based facilities, and authorities to coordinate operations and resolve any issues.,Ensure the safety and well-being of the crew, including conducting safety drills and providing necessary training.,Report any incidents or near-misses to the appropriate authorities and investigate their causes.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vessel operations, including logs, maintenance schedules, and safety inspections.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the maritime industry.,Valid Captain's License (Unlimited Tonnage) and other relevant certifications.,Proven track record of safe and efficient vessel operations.,Strong knowledge of maritime regulations, safety procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with navigation software and equipment.,Good physical fitness and health to perform the duties of the role.
