📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately and efficiently,Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their purchases,Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the cash register and surrounding areas,Ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory records,Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner,Follow company policies and procedures related to cash handling and customer service,Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations,Perform other related duties as assigned🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Minimum of 1 year experience in a cashier or customer service role,Excellent customer service and communication skills,Good knowledge of basic arithmetic and financial transactions,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment,Detail-oriented and accurate with records and transactions,Friendly and approachable demeanor,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software,Ability to stand for long periods of time and handle physical tasks🛠️ Keahlian
