📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the creation and execution of communication strategies for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the development of digital content, including social media posts, newsletters, and press releases.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
• Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to inform our communication strategies.
• Assist in organizing and participating in internal and external events, such as company meetings, webinars, and industry conferences.
• Provide administrative support to the communications team, including managing documents, schedules, and correspondence.
• Contribute to the development of our company's brand identity and voice.
• Gain exposure to various aspects of corporate communications, including media relations, crisis communication, and stakeholder engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with digital communication tools and platforms, such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design software, such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
