📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Sous Chef in preparing and cooking dishes according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes for lunch and dinner services.,Monitor food costs and inventory levels, ensuring efficient use of ingredients.,Train and mentor junior kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety procedures.,Participate in menu planning and development, suggesting improvements and new dishes.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Work efficiently under pressure to meet service times and customer expectations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Proven track record of maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with kitchen management software and tools.,Valid food handler's certificate and knowledge of health and safety regulations.,Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
