📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of the talent acquisition strategy.,Source and attract potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Conduct initial screening and interviews to identify the most qualified candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all candidate interactions and hiring activities.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting top talent.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
