In this role, you will handle various aspects of export operations, including documentation, compliance, and coordination with international partners. Your daily tasks will involve using industry-standard software such as SAP, Excel, and specialized logistics tools to manage and optimize export processes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and process export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate smooth export operations.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels in the bonded zone to ensure timely fulfillment of export orders.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of export processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide support and training to junior staff on export procedures and compliance requirements.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve export-related issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely payment processing for exported goods.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in export operations or related roles in the manufacturing and logistics industry.
• Proficient in using SAP, Excel, and other industry-standard software.
• Strong understanding of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal and external teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with the manufacturing and logistics industry, including knowledge of shipping methods and freight forwarding.
• Certification in export compliance or a related field is a plus.
