📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the safe and efficient operation of assigned vessels,Ensure compliance with all maritime regulations and company policies,Plan and execute voyage schedules and routes,Maintain and inspect vessel equipment and systems,Conduct safety drills and emergency response procedures,Monitor and report on fuel consumption and other operational metrics,Coordinate with port authorities and other stakeholders,Ensure the well-being and safety of the crew

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Deck Officer or similar role,Valid Master Mariner's Certificate (MM) or equivalent,Good knowledge of maritime regulations and safety procedures,Proficient in English, both written and spoken,Strong leadership and communication skills,Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment,First Aid certification (preferred),Experience with ECDIS and other navigation systems (preferred)
