LUNAR Berjaya is looking for a Lead Data Entry Staff to join our team in Pekalongan. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supervising data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data management and a keen eye for detail.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Supervise and manage a team of data entry staff.,Ensure all data entry tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.,Monitor data quality and implement corrective actions as needed.,Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for data entry.,Train and mentor junior staff on data entry best practices.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure data consistency and accuracy.,Generate reports and provide data insights to support business decisions.,Stay updated with the latest data management technologies and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in data entry or a related role.,Strong knowledge of data management software and tools.,Proven track record of managing and supervising a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Certifications in data management or related fields are a plus.
