In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the mechanical design, installation, and maintenance of our vessels. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the mechanical design and engineering of our vessels, ensuring compliance with international standards and regulations.,Lead a team of mechanical engineers and technicians in the implementation of mechanical systems and equipment.,Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the integration of mechanical systems with other aspects of vessel operations.,Develop and implement improvement plans to enhance the efficiency and reliability of mechanical systems.,Provide technical guidance and support to the shipyard and other stakeholders in the construction and maintenance of our vessels.,Participate in the development of technical specifications and tender documents for the procurement of mechanical equipment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in maritime mechanical engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.,Proven track record of successful project management and team leadership.,In-depth knowledge of international maritime regulations and standards, such as IMO and IACS.,Familiarity with CAD software and other mechanical engineering tools.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound technical decisions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.,Valid certification as a Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent is preferred.
