DRIFT Group is seeking a talented and experienced Lead QA Engineer to join our team in Lubuklinggau, Sumatera Selatan. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our quality assurance efforts, ensuring that our software products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development and success.,Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance strategies and processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.,Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance activities, including functional, performance, and security testing.,Identify, document, and track software defects and issues, and work with development teams to ensure timely resolution.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other stakeholders, to ensure that quality assurance objectives are met.,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in software quality assurance.,Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to development teams to improve code quality.,Work closely with the product owner to understand requirements and ensure that testing activities align with business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a proven track record in leading QA teams.,Strong knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and quality assurance processes.,Proficiency in automated testing tools and frameworks, such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.,Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools, such as JIRA or Trello.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.,Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines is a plus.
