Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities.,Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients on our products and services.,Manage and mentor a team of sales consultants to ensure high performance and productivity.,Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of sales efforts.,Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales events to promote our products and services.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or distribution industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong knowledge of sales techniques, tools, and methodologies.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant sales software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and industry trends is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
