Cloud Bloom Pratama is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Procurement Staff to join our team in Seminyak, Bali. As a Procurement Staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our company has the necessary resources to operate efficiently. This is an urgent position, and we are looking for someone who can start immediately. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate better terms with suppliers.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.,Prepare and analyze procurement reports to track spending and identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that procurement needs are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related field.,Strong understanding of procurement processes, including RFPs, RFQs, and contract negotiations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
