📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts for our resort's in-house restaurant and event catering.,Maintain and manage the bakery equipment and supplies to ensure optimal performance and cleanliness.,Work closely with the culinary team to ensure that the bakery's offerings complement the overall dining experience.,Follow food safety and hygiene standards to ensure the highest quality and safety of the baked goods.,Create and innovate new recipes and menu items to keep our offerings fresh and exciting.,Assist in training and mentoring junior bakers and kitchen staff as needed.,Participate in inventory management and cost control to ensure efficient use of resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Professional Baker or similar role in a high-end culinary environment.,Proven track record of creating delicious and visually appealing baked goods.,Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and food safety regulations.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international culinary trends and techniques is a plus.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.
