📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs and materials that align with the company's learning and development goals,Identify and analyze learning needs and gaps within the organization,Design and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and other learning activities,Collaborate with subject matter experts and other stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training content,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth and development,Maintain and update the company's learning management system (LMS)

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a related field,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong organizational and time management skills,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and other learning technologies,Ability to travel as needed
