📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the pharmacy.,Manage and train a team of staff to deliver excellent customer service.,Stock and manage inventory, ensuring all products are up-to-date and correctly priced.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.,Participate in store promotions and marketing activities to attract and retain customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the healthcare or retail industry.,Proven track record of managing teams and driving sales performance.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with pharmacy software and point-of-sale systems.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
