📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth in the Jawa Barat region.
• Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, pharmacies, and healthcare providers.
• Conduct market analysis and identify growth opportunities to expand the company's market share.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of sales strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and achieving targets.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
