📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the team, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Manage and coordinate projects from inception to completion, working closely with international clients.
• Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Manage and optimize the use of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
• Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on operational performance and key metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the aviation or automotive industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and leading teams.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools and software, such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related management methodology is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
