📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Monitor and maintain data center infrastructure including servers, storage, and networking equipment.
- Ensure 24/7 availability and reliability of mission-critical systems.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks and upgrades as required.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and escalate critical problems to the appropriate teams.
- Document all activities and maintain detailed records of system status and performance.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure smooth operation of data center services.
- Participate in on-call rotations and respond to incidents promptly.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in data center operations.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 3 years of experience in data center operations or related field.
- Proven experience with data center infrastructure including servers, storage, and networking equipment.
- Familiarity with data center management software such as Lenovo XClarity, VMware vCenter, or similar tools.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a 24/7 environment and handle on-call responsibilities.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.
- Valid certification in data center operations or related field (e.g., CompTIA Server+, Cisco CCNA, or similar) is a plus.
