📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, payment processing, and collection activities.
• Maintain and update our accounts receivable records using QuickBooks.
• Monitor customer payments and resolve any discrepancies or issues promptly.
• Implement and maintain effective collection strategies to ensure timely payment.
• Generate regular reports on receivables performance and cash flow.
• Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Stay up-to-date with accounting and receivables best practices and trends.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other financial reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related role.
• Proficient in using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
