📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Collaborate with the facilities team to ensure all maintenance work is completed on time.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Building Maintenance Technician or similar role.
• Knowledge of building maintenance procedures and best practices.
• Proficiency in using Jira and ServiceNow.
• Valid certification in Building Maintenance or a related field (preferred).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
