📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead major construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

• Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges.
• Utilize advanced project management software such as Primavera P6 and MS Project for efficient project planning and tracking.

• Monitor project progress and quality, implementing corrective actions as needed to meet project objectives.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards, maintaining a safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record in leading major construction projects.
• Proficiency in advanced project management software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD, and Revit.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a high-performing team.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar is a plus.
• Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and standards.
