📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct workplace safety inspections and assessments to identify potential hazards and risks.
• Monitor and evaluate workplace environmental conditions, including air quality, noise levels, and chemical exposures.
• Develop and implement safety programs and procedures to mitigate identified hazards.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate employees on safety best practices.
• Prepare and submit safety reports and recommendations to management and regulatory authorities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of safety practices into all aspects of operations.
• Stay updated with industry regulations, standards, and best practices to ensure compliance.
• Provide expert advice and guidance on occupational health and safety matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial hygiene or a related field.
• Certification as an Industrial Hygienist (CIH) or equivalent is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards, including OSHA, ISO, and other relevant regulations.
• Proven experience in conducting workplace safety inspections and assessments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in using safety management software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Ability to travel as required to conduct inspections and assessments at various locations.
